Special rates for accessibility

Present your Be Okay business card during your first visit and receive an Individual 1-hour session for just $90. This special offer also extends to Pensioners and Health Care Card (HCC) holders, making quality support more accessible.

Our friendly team will ask a few simple questions to understand your needs and help you secure an appointment, usually within 10 days.

Payment & cancellation policy

We aim to make our financial processes as straightforward as possible. Payment for sessions is due on the day, and we accept cash, card, or Pay ID. Please note that only NDIS sessions are invoiced. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, a simple SMS to 0400 141 990 is preferred. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
